He is certified in Hogan Assessments, a globally recognized tool that assesses personality in the workplace. Hogan focuses on three key areas: everyday performance (how a person acts under normal conditions), challenges under stress (how they can behave in pressure situations), and core values (what motivates the person and how they fit into an organizational culture). Leo uses this tool to assess personality and align the leader’s strengths with their professional goals.

It is important that you have answers to your questions about coaching before you begin working with a coach. Know what you want to get out of coaching, and if the answers below don’t fit your questions, please reach out to me.
Coaching is focused on the future - reaching your goals! Therapy is said to move the client from dysfunctional to functional, while coaching moves the client from functional to optimal.
Coaches believe that the client's answers come from within. While most of my clients doubt this fact at first, they soon realize that reaching their goals involves a combination of their experiences, their intelligence, their intuition, and their harnessed energy.
Great coaches ask insightful and empowering questions that will, to a large extent, help clients overcome their blocks. That said, coaches can provide information that is helpful in helping the client reach their goal.
This answer depends largely on what the client wants to work on and how often they want to meet. Generally, clients have tried many times to reach their goals on their own before they are called in to be coached. Some goals can be reached relatively quickly, while others take time. My clients start with a minimum of three months of collaboration with me as a coach so that we can assess the current situation, clearly establish the desired outcome, and then work quickly and intensively to reach that goal.
The process between the coach and client is completely confidential. While the corporate sponsor can articulate goals for the client, the relationship between the client and coach is maintained only between the two. The best coaching can only be done when there are high levels of trust between the coach and client, nurtured through confidentiality.
Each session will result in a client doing work between sessions. The work varies depending on the client and their objectives.
